			<description>Why does everyone finds the Mayor actions so unusal? Remember, when he was the Congressman from the Bay Area he was &quot;missing in action&quot;.  The Bay Area particulary Oakland was a desolated eyesore downtown with alot of attention focusing on crime.  He did absolutely nothing. Sorry to say but as the saying goes &quot;you get what you pay for&quot;.  When will the citizens of the East Bay say enough is enough?  He was more active in Hillay Clinton campaign than he has been since taking office. It is sad and depressing that we allow this type of behavior to continue.  - Raymond Smith</description>
